Pastor Russ currently serves as the Lead Pastor of the English Ministry at Mission Pointe Church, where he is passionate about cultivating a vibrant, Christ-centered community that bridges cultures, languages and generations. He and his wife, April have two teenagers, Liam and Ryan.

Pastor Russ earned his B.A. from Boston University and his Masters in Divinity from Gateway Seminary, and he is currently a candidate for the Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) degree. His ministry vision centers on equipping believers from diverse cultural backgrounds and age groups to worship, grow, and serve together in unity for the sake of the Gospel.
