Homeless Outreach

C.O.Re. reaches out to individuals once a month, in the Concord area who are unable to stay in shelters. Our goal is to connect with about 30 people each month, providing essential goods and taking time to pray with them.

We are actively seeking ways to serve them beyond simply providing a bag of goods. Our deepest desire is for the power of the gospel to touch their lives and bring true transformation of heart and mind.

And for that, we need your help. Together, we can extend not only practical care, but also the hope and transforming power of the gospel.

Other Outreach

C.O.Re. is also seeking opportunities to partner with the local Juvenile Justice Center to share the love of Jesus with the young people there. In addition, we are exploring ways to serve the elderly in our community, with the desire to reflect Christ’s love in practical and positive ways throughout our city.
